Just to throw a quick teaser out there, I thought I'd mention I've got that tool I'd talked about to convert CDG+MP3/OGG to a cdrdao-compatible CD image and TOC/cue sheet mostly finished.
This is excellent news. I've got an interleaved/raw-mode drive here so you can leave that job for me if you like. Regardless, this is a great piece of software without archive support or interleaved mode support.
I've just added you to the cdgtools project at Sourceforge. I never populated the SF CVS for cdgtools so it's currently empty. I'll check in the latest release (v0.2), which is fully up to date.
