[PyKDE] CVS Log Notification

Now that SIP/PyQt/PyKDE are in a public CVS we can send out emails when
updates are made. There are two choices...

1. Send the notifications out to this list.

2. Create a separate list.

When I'm actively working on these there would be one notification per
day. At other times (like now) it would only be bug fixes (one a
month?).

What are your preferences?
