I'd prefer to keep this list for discussion and announcements of
releases.  As a CVS user, I can always check the logs.  Even more
usefully I can do a diff to see what's changed.  If your not a CVS
user, you are probably interested only in releases and not all the
intermediate stuff.

Btw, thanks for putting it under CVS.
