Does it say anywhere what `c` stands for? Like 'context' (ctx) I
suppose?

Maybe that would be helpful as a few people at least seem to have been
asking "why do I want to stick attrs on `c`?" I think most people are
familiar with the idea of having a context object or dict that gets
passed to views -- django, cheetah, various java libs, etc. --- maybe
just explicilty explaining this (that `c` is performing that role)
could help?

Or are people just clinging to Myghty/Mason syntax? Just thinking out
loud...
