Thanks for the feedback. Right now I'm looking to specifically focuses
in the area of Python web Frameworks. I the future I would love to get
into more information about database systems. Right Now I'm looking to
focus in one area for my Thesis project.
I want to try and keep things simple for now and later when I have the
learning environment up and running I can add other content that is
coordinated with Python web frameworks. This doesn't mean I will not
touch on it in the training. I just want to create a generic view how
to use the frame works before I dive into deeper waters.
I do have a few questions for you if you don't mind me asking (this
is part of my survey research).
1. What has attracted you to web Frameworks (Python web frameworks
specifically)?
2. Has the documentation for the Various Python Web Frameworks been
helpful? How could they be better?
3. What specifically would you like to see on the web in terms of a
Training/Teaching module that would be helpful to understanding how to
use Python Web frame works? (ex: Screen casts, Pod cast Tutorials, Step
By Step Guidelines, More Example applications, ect ...)
4. Would it be beneficial if you could learn about Web frameworks with
someone in real-time over the web?
5. Do you enjoy learning more information about Python Web frameworks
at your own pace by working on the various tutorials?
6. What location is more convenient and comfortable for you to learn
new information?
A. The Web
B. In a class room
Any Information you can answer for me would be much appreciated. Also
if you know of any other developers/students/hackers interested in
learning more about web frameworks and may be interested in Web based
Training please let me know.
Once I have put together my project plan and research materials for
this course I will be developing the e-learning web application and
implementing the "Introduction to Python Web Frameworks"
training/course for free (to give back to the community). I'm not sure
how many times the training will run but I will need to get feedback as
to what the learner liked about the training, what they did not like,
and how it could be better.
I am looking to make this web learning environment something to help
educate and promote the use of Python web frameworks.
Thanks aging for the feedback
