You'll probably need to re-run the commands to load your SQLAlchemy
engine in that thread function as its passed out of the thread scope of
the command you must have somewhere else that setup the engine for use
in the thread handling the request.
It occurred to me that this might have something to do with the sqlalchemy.mods.threadlocal thing.
