Hi Jose! I decided to reinstall my Apache installation. I re-used my old Vhost configuration, but without the aliased directory as you suggested because it points to the public directory where the Pylons app is installed, which is not what I wanted, strangely, it works somewhat. The only headache that I have now are the links on the site, all of them return an error when clicked on:
Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request GET /home. Reason: DNS lookup failure for: localhost:5000home Additionally, a 502 Bad Gateway error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request The index page is shown with all the static content, so that works, I just have to find a configuration that works on windows properly. Strange that all this works well on Linux without much fuss. Are you using Apache also as a reverse proxy server? I´ll take a look at the Apache docs again.
