Hi,

Sorry for the trouble there. This is due to stricter behavior of
Session.save() in the latest SQLAlchemy. I've updated the QuickWiki
tutorial and submitted a patch to fix this for the version installable
from Cheeseshop. It's a one-liner though: just change

Session.save(page)

in the 'save' method of the page controller to

Session.save_or_update(page)

and editing existing items should work as expected.
