I'm not a browser writer so I don't know if they will or not.  I'm
just pointing out that this is not a typical case of reloading images
and stylesheets.  If you set the font to Times and then to Arial, the
text changes.  If you set it to Times and then Times again, does it
check to see if the font definition has changed?  Or does it just say,
"Oh, I'm already displaying that font/image, nothing to do."
