Learn 0.9.7 and take a look at http://pylonsbook.com/ it is updated
for 0.9.7. The book provides a lot of best practices for Pylons and
how to structure new projects.
The book is a work in progress, but is coming a long well and I know
the the SimpleSite part 1 tutorial is complete and will work with a
clean 0.9.7rc2 install.
