Well I sure hope it works with 2.6, I just started using it (upgraded to the development svs version as the production version is about a year old) and love it. So I guess I'll be giving it a try on 2.6 as soon as Jaunty (Ubuntu 9.04) comes out at the end of the month as 2.6 will finally be the default version of python in Ubuntu with the new release
