TW installs has a paster template for creating widgets, it's not Pylons-specific tho' so I'm not sure whether it would "qualify". FormAlchemy installs a Pylons-specific paster template "pylons_fa" [1] which is the Pylons default project with integrated FormAlchemy support. Gaël Pasgrimaud of the FormAlchemy development team kindly contributed a Pylons FA template to the Shabti set but FormAlchemy itself should definitely have its own entry.
