Last year at PyCon there were several Open Space sessions dedicated to
WSGI framework issues and virtualenv, plus the large WSGI sprint.
These were quite successful so we're trying to do the same this year.
These are targeted to anyone interested in framework development,
whether you're an official developer or not.
I've proposed a "State of the WSGI Frameworks" open space at 4pm
Friday. I'd like a representative from each framework to give a
5-minute summary of what they've done in the past year and their next
development plans. Ben or I can do Pylons, but we need somebody to do
TurboGears, BFG, Marco, and any other frameworks that want to
participate. We'll also be discussing topics and times for other open
spaces during the conference. The time (4:00-4:55) was chosen because
it's the only time that doesn't appear to conflict with a WSGI talk or
framework-vital talk (e.g., Distribute, Form Panel).
This time works for me, thanks for organizing it.
