Ok. I figured out what I was doing wrong with regard to the WebHelpers
issue.

Essentially when installing my pylons application egg. It was
dependent upon 0.6.4. It did not find the
application and then attempts to retrieve a best match from webhelpers
which is obviously conflicting with 0.9.7.

I did have the egg of webhelpers of 0.6.4 which is now compatible with
0.9.7.

Snails pace at the moment.
