Has anyone seen formencode turn
<input name="_method" type="hidden" value="put" />
to
<input name="_method" type="hidden" value="" />?
After a lot of head-scratching (a lot of wasted time looking at
webhelpers) we reverted from 1.2.2 to 1.2.1 and the problem went
away. Are we doing something wrong?
