There's also a problem with the logo. See http://www.hooba.ca/temp/pylons-h1.png for reference (I was using Chromium/Ubuntu). The problem seems to come from the technique used to replace the text "PylonsHQ" with the actual logo image, and also from the <a> tag containing a <h1> tag (inline elements cannot contain block elements). Hope it helps. Tell me if you need help to fix or to test.
