Pyramid

pyramid:

Pyramid and pyramid:

There seems to be some confusion, currently. I recommend against using
Pyramid and pyramid in the same subtle ways that Larry Wall uses Perl
and perl. It's just confusing for a lot of people.

I suggest we stick with Pyramid when referring to the product in
English prose, and limit the lowercase form to code snippets or
references to the pyramid package identifier, i.e. places where <code
/> markup would be suitable.
