I wrote Ian Bicking two e-mails to two different e-mail addresses I
found. He hasn't replied. Is there any other FormEncode maintainer?
My last e-mail to Ian Bicking was:
Are you still developing FormEncode or the project is dead? I reported a bug over a month ago

but it remains without any answer. I would like to use the newest FormEncode because another annoying
bug was fixed

can't use it with English messages.
I found the reason for the bug: there is no i18n directory in 1.2.3dev. Copying
it from 1.2.2 works. Could you rerelease FormEncode to PyPI?
