I commented out [pipeline:main] and [filter:tm] sections and added
pyramid.includes = pyramid_tm
in my [app:my_app_name] section and now user INSERT/UPDATE are committed.
(Also added WSGIProcessGroup set to %{GLOBAL} in apache conf, who knows...)
