FYI, On IRC there are distinct channels #pylons and #pyramid, though their content often overlaps.
But overall, the organization is the Pylons Project, it still hosts the (no longer in active development, but still with plenty of users) Pylons framework, and its current main offering is the Pyramid framework. The group discussion volume is moderate enough to fit in a single Google Group so far.
