PyCon sold out before I got my ticket so I won't be there, but I wish you guys all the best. There are generally a lot of good open spaces, often more interesting than the talks. The biggest issue with starting a Pyramid-related open space is finding a time that enough people can go to, because one person is giving a talk here and another person wants to see an important talk there and so on.
