The newest release of pyramid 1.5.3 introduced a problem in CentOS7 when 
pyramid is run from as a systemd service. This was introduced by (from 
1.5.3 fixes)

- Work around an issue where ``pserve --reload`` would leave terminal echo 
  disabled if it reloaded during a pdb session. 
  Backported from https://github.com/Pylons/pyramid/pull/1577
