I am trying create a web form for personnel records, for example:

"end_date": "1.1.2011"

I would like to use pyramid+deform to render this data to a view like:
http://ariana.dy.fi/files/panel-records.png. The main blue (bootsrap) panel
is collapsible and each sub blocks in records (like "work_permit") are
rendered as (sub)panels (The template used in the screenshot is:
http://ariana.dy.fi/files/short_main.pt).
How this can be accomplished with deform? If possible, I would very much
appreciate an example, exaples are easiest for me to understand.
