Aside from what Steve said, each of those Ubuntu distros use a different 
version of Python, and each will run a different version of Pyramid.

You should standardize your deployments (and dev) to only use virtualenv 
packages AND track/standardize which version of Python you use.  IMHO, you 
should almost-never rely on a linux distro's package installers for Python 
library items -- spec and manage them with a requirements.txt and pip.
