The pylucene-38 bug here is irrelevant.
You seem to be using Anaconda ? Guessing from your
/Users/mithun/miniconda3/lib/python3.6 path ?
I believe others have reported issues with Anaconda ?? (on the mailing list).
I don't know what environment and would suggest you start with using a plain
python environment to start with PyLucene.
