Unfortunately, I am on Linux so I might get into the same trouble as Rune. Rune, what alternative did you end up using?
PyLucene on Linux works quite well. Yesterday, I posted all known combinations. I'm sure it can be made to work well even on FC3 by using a gcj 3.4.x with x >= 2, compiled from sources according to the instructions in PyLucene's INSTALL.
Andi, If PyLucene can get on the network with Twisted, then is there a Twisted HTTP Server I can try to run PyLucene on?
Yes, of course. There is an http server in Twisted and a lot more... Andi.. _______________________________________________ pylucene-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osafoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/pylucene-dev
