Tyler, To get stereo on the Mac, you need the following:
(1) CRT monitor (LCD will not work) (2) StereoGraphics blue-line HD15 pass-through adapter, hooked up to the monitor cable you're using. (3) StereoGraphics Emitter (4) StereoGraphics Glasses (or NuVision glasses) (5) PyMOL 0.88 installed from http://pymol.sf.net If you have all these, click on the Stereo folder in the PyMOL directory, and select "Stereo Molecule". You should see a stereo molecule in front of you. You should also see a blue line along the bottom of the screen. If this is not present, stereo will not work.
