I'm trying to make some figures for a review, and I'm seeing weird little partial spheres show up when I try to ray-trace a polymerase structure:
http://bioinfo.mbb.yale.edu/people/nat/weird.png They're in the bottom third of the picture, and seem to show up in the same location in the structure no matter what orientation. Any idea what's causing these?
