Hi, I would like to know how to fill in a ribonucleotide base and/or ribose with planes. Ribbons has a command called "pdb-nuc-ring" that generates polygons that fills the base ring. VMD can fill both the base and sugar rings in RNA/DNA. Is there a easy way to do the same in Pymol?
