Is it possible to get access to the transformation matrix
resulting from an align or pair_fit command?
I want to transform a collection of objects according to
superposition parameters determined from one of them. I
thought I had it working by defining a composite object,
and while the transformation seems to have worked (all the
atoms are there in a lines representation), the cartoons
do not get drawn properly (large fragments of some of the
objects are missing). As a result, I want to try
transforming each object separately, but don't know how to
access the transformation matrix.
