Dear all,
I've been trying to make loops that connects the main-chain. I could
turn on smooth loop options, and the loops do not have to go through Ca
atoms. I need a blow-up view of an interface, so the loops are pretty
enlarged, which shows jagged edges, especially near turns. They are
just not as smooth as they are in molscript or ribbons. I don't know if
this has to do with some settings I am not aware of, or should there be
a setting similar to the "segment" in molscript.
