I'm trying to make some stereo figures and ideally I'd like the labels to be in stereo as well. Using the following type of command:
label (/a//A/HIS`202/O),"%s-%s" % (resn,resi) I can get decent labels, but only to the right of each atom and only at the same depth. I need to be able to adjust each label's position slightly so that sometimes they are shifted up/down/left/right of the atom they are assigned to and I'd also like it if there was a way to bring them closer to the veiwer. Anybody know how I can accomplish this?
