Has anyone successfully used Crystal Eyes stereo glasses with the Mac
E2 emitter under OS X?
Stereographics advertised Life Sciences application stereo support for
Mac, but when asked for help
this was the response:
"Unfortunately we do not have any information on how to get these
programs
working. You will have to contact the software company or maybe there
is a
user group that can help you. There are too many programs and they
change
too rapidly for us to track."
Since they gave a demonstration of PyMol in stereo as the roll out for
Crystal Eyes for the Mac one might
have thought they'd be more helpful.
I have read of exactly one person using Crystal Eyes on a Mac
successfully, but our purchased emitter just does
not seem to behave. We believe it is defective, but have no other means
of verifying.
