Hi Liu,

There's a good chance that you can use the PyMOL RPM for Red Hat 9 -- I've used this RPM on my Fedora Core 3 system without any problems (download it at "http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=4546&package_id=4546&release_id=253338";). Also, there are PyMOL RPMs available for Fedora Core 2 from the x-ray section of Morten Kjeldgaard's FC2 apt/yum repository ("http://apt.bioxray.dk/fedora/2/i386/html/index_xray.html";). I've verified that this PyMOL RPM also works on my FC3 system.

Good luck!,
Cameron

I wish some guy who is good at linux can release a rpm version(Fedora
Core3) of pymol. Compiling pymol on my linux for linux newbiee like me
is really an unforgetable experience and I don't want to do it again.
But , I really like pymol.
