The RPM for RH9 that is available on Sourceforge is built against
Python 2.2, whereas the FC3 comes with Python 2.3.4. Running that
RPM-packaged Pymol gives loads of warnings about mismatches between
Python versions. I found some functions of the RPM-packaged Pymol not
to work on FC3 (cannot remember right now what they were).
