Dear All,

I have a 0.98 PyMol version with APBS and Iso_Sliders plugins. However,

Hi,

The APBS plugin will show you the electrostatic potential mapped onto the molecular surface.

1) Load your molecule of choice.
2) Open up the APBS Plugin
3) Click on "Set grid"
4) Click on "Run APBS"
5) Click on the Visualization tab
6) Click on "Update"
7) Use the tools in the "Molecular Surface" box .. e.g. click on "Show" to show the potential mapped onto the molecular surface.

Does this do what you want, or are you looking for something else?

I googled around, but could not find the Iso_Sliders plugins, so I can't help you with those.
