It's a script of mine; if you encounter any problems or have
suggestions, feel free to contact me. The script contains a function
to draw a whole set of arrows at once. Since you mention "a number of
arrows" that may be worth looking at.

By the way, indeed there's no cone primitive, you have to approximate
it with triangles. You can change the settings in the script to suit
your needs for rendering.
