[PyMOL] setting the stick radius to different widths for substrate and protein residues

Hello,

I am trying to make a figure in which the stick radius of the substrate (say, 
0.3) is ~twice as large as that of the surrounding protein residues (say 0.15). 
Does anyone know if I can make the stick radius two different sizes? If could 
someone tell me how to do that in PyMOl?
