I am having a very troubling issue displaying multiple distances in MacPymol version 1.0. Currently I have 18 interactions displayed, but as I proceed to add the next interactions (i.e. 19 and 20), the measurement number one disappears, then measure 2, etc. In previous versions that I have used there was never a limit to the number of interactions that could be displayed.
In addition, I am only able to display and manipulate a single selection. Previously, you could have sel01, sel02, etc. and change each selection independently. With this version there is only a single selection open at any one time and it only displays as sele and does not list multiple selections. The most urgent issue for me is to figure out why I can't display all necessary interactions. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks. Chad *************************** Chad R.
