hi all Normally when I install a program pymol , i will define the path in bashrc file and source it and then, I could launch that program by running "*pymol*" in a terminal or application launcher. However, I just installed this program and defined the path and sourced the .bashrc file. but, whenever i launch the terminal for any purpose, pymol opens up automatically. without launching on the terminal launcher by writing "pymol".
can any one suggest how to sort out this problem.... thanks in advance jhon
