Hi,
you are lucky you know - some people dont get pymol started at all and
you get this automated :)
OK. I think you somehow got pymol in your console startup script or in
your shell start sctipt.

1/ Console start script.
Open console, goto settings->Configue Konsole (I wonder why is it K) ->
session and take a look at execute line. If you find pymol - delete it
2/ You somehow got "pymol" written as a standalone word on a separate
line in your .bashrc
That means if you have something like this in .bashrc:

export PATH=......
pymol

bash will launch pymol each time it is started.

I assume that it is the second case that will work for your.
