PyMOLers, (1) If you follow the PyMOLWiki closely enough, then you might be interested in knowing that you can follow all changes to the wiki via RSS. From the following link choose "RSS" or "atom" in the lower left-hand side:
http://pymolwiki.org/index.php/Special:RecentChanges (2) If you use the sequence viewer or have lots of other openGL text on the screen, check out the texture_fonts setting. When I have the sequence viewer open and this setting is OFF I get ~ 150 fps, when turned ON I get ~350 fps. Maybe it'll help you too: http://pymolwiki.org/index.php/Texture_fonts Cheers, -- Jason -- Jason Vertrees, PhD Boston U. -- jas...@bu.edu Dartmouth -- j...@cs.dartmouth.edu ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ PyMOL-users mailing list (PyMOL-users@lists.sourceforge.net) Info Page: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/pymol-users Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/pymol-users@lists.sourceforge.net
