- It would be nice if pymol could deal with/generate viral surfaces similar to this one:

I make all my images with pymol but have to switch to chimera for the viral surface.

- I would also find useful if pymol could easily export a list of residues/atoms/whatever with given properties, e.g. all the surface residues or all the charged residues in an interface.
Maybe it's just my ignorance but I don't know how to do this right now.
