We are having problems getting interlaced and checkerboard stereo to work with the latest incentive builds. On both windows xp and OS X 10.6 we can enable both byrow/bycolumn/checkerboard stereo and in all cases we see two copies of the molecule but no checkerboard or interlaced pattern.
In both these cases we are using nvidia graphics cards. The only case where we have seen it working is on windows 7 with an ati graphics card.
