Hi Tsjerk, I found the reason of the problem. It wasn't a texture error (I checked that before) but for some strange reason if I have the same molecule loaded twice in cartoon with 40% gray and if both are visible I will get that effect. PS : the reason why I have the same pdb open is make it easier to select things).
