Dear Bill and pymolbb, I would like to run PyMol from a specified work folder in terminal. I have MacPyMol renamed into PyMOLX11Hybrid, and Bill's zsh templates from googlecode installed from svn as instructed per website. However, whenever running pymol via this command line, I get the MacPymol version instead of the X11. I use the X11 version of PyMol mainly because of the nice plugins like apbs and eMovies.
With regard to APBS: How do I setup Temp File Locations in APBS automatically when opening APBS Tools 2? The filename locations appear in red background. It says something to the matter of "You can automatically set the default location of temporary files by setting the environment variable TEMP".
