Dear All,
I am using Autodock/vina plugin for pymol in Mac (Snow leopard). I have
installed autodock4, autogrid4, MGL tools 1.5.4, vina and pymol 2.1. I was able
to install autodock/vina plugin successfully on Mac. But while using
autodock/vina plugin on pymol, I got stucked at the stage of 'Generate
receptor'. I am getting this error. Can anybody help me to solve this problem.
Whether I need to make few changes in the scripts to overcome these multiple
problems?
