Hi. New user here. I am trying to use the alter command to change a short
stretch of sequence from helix to loop using the ''alter' command:
alter 54-58/, ss='L'
This works great, but it makes the change to every chain in my structure. I
want to localize it to only one chain. I have tried putting the chain name in
behind the / but this doesn't work. Any help will be appreciated.
