set pdb_echo_tags, "HEADER, REMARK, ATOM, HETATM"

The syntax of the final field is just a quoted, comma-separated list
of PDB fields.

The pdb_echo_tags setting actually just displays those fields listed
in the overlay/console window upon LOADING a PDB file.  This setting
has nothing to do with saving data.

I don't believe PyMOL is currently capable of saving these fields to file.
