Hi everybody, I want to add the n-cap and the c-cap to the structure with pymol.
I already found the Wizard -> Mutagenesis Here I chose acetyl for n-cap and n-meth for c-cap. Then I picked the first and the last residue to "show" pymol were I want the caps to be added. But now I have two problems. The first one is that the n-cap was put in the middle of my protein and not at the end. And the second problem is that they do not seem to be added properly to the structure but just are placed there somehow. Do some of you know how to add cap groups proper to the structure?
